Full-Service Vaccination, Backed by NYS Certification

We are proud and humbled to announce that Americare Pharmacy is an officially recognized vaccination center by the NYS Department of Health. In accordance with New York State law, certified pharmacists at our pharmacy are authorized to administer a comprehensive range of immunizations to patients, ensuring accessible and efficient preventive care. For individuals 18 years and older, our licensed pharmacists may administer vaccines including pneumococcal, herpes zoster (shingles), hepatitis A and B, human papillomavirus (HPV), measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR), varicella (chickenpox), meningococcal, tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap), COVID-19, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and Mpox (Jynneos), pursuant to either patient-specific prescriptions or non-patient-specific standing orders.

Additionally, pharmacists are authorized to provide seasonal influenza vaccinations to patients as young as two years old.

Our immunization services are delivered by highly trained professionals who meet all certification requirements set forth by the New York State Education Department, ensuring both the safety and efficacy of each administered vaccine.
