Using our UPS Access Point is simple, safe, and saves you a trip to a shipping center.

Frequently Asked Questions

We accept all pre-labeled UPS packages for shipment or returns. Be sure your package is sealed and labeled before drop-off.

No, labels must be printed beforehand. We do not offer printing services for UPS labels at this time.

UPS typically holds packages at our location for up to 7 calendar days. After that, it will be returned to the sender.

A government-issued photo ID and your UPS tracking number or notification are required for pickup.

You can pick up or drop off during pharmacy business hours, including Saturdays. Call ahead for specific times if needed.
