Born from Experience and Purpose

Founded in late 2018 by Mohamed A. Elsayed, RPh, Americare Pharmacy was born from a vision to redefine the neighborhood pharmacy experience in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn With a deep-rooted passion for patient care and a desire to move away from the impersonal service of large chain pharmacies, Mr. Elsayed set out to create a space where individuals feel genuinely valued, respected, and understood His mission was clear: to restore trust, affordability, and accessibility in community-based pharmacy care.

From the moment its doors opened, Americare was met with overwhelming support from the Bay Ridge community The pharmacy quickly earned a reputation for its welcoming environment, multilingual staff, and highly personalized approach to healthcare Guided by Mr. Elsayed’s leadership and patient-first philosophy, Americare has grown into far more than a traditional pharmacy.
